This is a four week, interactive and experiential learning program to teach you everything you need to know to kickstart a career in Sales. Learn sales by doing - Role plays, Projects, Assignments to help you learn the art of sales

Sales Basics & Introduction

We will brainstorm together to bust various sales myths; understand how customers buy in this information age and build upon the foundations of modern day selling.

Prospecting & Lead Generation

Prospecting is the first step in the sales process. We will work together to understand how to generate leads and create a healthy sales pipeline. We will also learn to score and classify the leads to enhance productivity.

Cold Calling (Telephone)

We will learn to reach out and connect with our prospects. From pre-sales preparation to creating an impactful call opening, we would practice and perfect making cold-calls in smaller groups.

Probing - Asking the right questions

Together, we shall master the art of asking right set of questions to uncover the needs of customers. We will also learn and practice various techniques modern day sales consultants follow to assess customer needs.

Value Creation - Customize Benefits

What is the right technique to pitch value instead of defending the price? How do you involve your customers in their buying process? We will learn the skill of offering solutions instead of selling products in isolation.

Handling Objections

Objections are extremely important. Why do customers object? and, what is the right way to handle customer objections.

Understand and practice various closing techniques. We will also help you get over the fear of closing and asking for a sale !

What is the duration of the course?

This is one month (four week) program. We conduct three classes every week.

Will it be Live classes or recorded videos?

This is an interactive course that is delivered through live classes. We conduct three classes every week.

What are the timings?

We run multiple batches. Some batches are weekend / evening batches while other batches are daytime during the week. We try to accommodate our students in batches that are convenient for them.

Do you share recordings of the sessions?

Yes, you may watch the recordings if you miss any class.

Will I get a certificate on completion of the course?

Yes, you will get a certificate on successful completion of the course. You may add it in your resume or Linkedin profile. It will bring credibility to your candidature when you apply for jobs.

Tarun Matta is the founder of Juno School of Business. He has extensive entrepreneurial experience in the employability, education, and recruitment space.
